Privacy note

This note explains how Think Anchor Analytics handles personal data on this site and in a commission. It was last revised on 20 September 2026.

Data controller

The controller is Think Anchor Analytics, established in 2014, at 15/2 Hathairat Road, Bang Chan, Khlong Sam Wa, Bangkok 10510. Telephone (02-540-2941). Email hello@thinkanchor.click. Write to that email if you want to exercise a right, or if you want to know what we hold about you.

What we collect

The inquiry form collects your name, email address, the office or association you name, the commission you choose, an optional preferred month, and the message you write. If a commission goes ahead, we also hold the budget documents you send and the correspondence about corrections, dates, and fees. We do not ask for identity-card numbers, payment-card numbers, or special-category data. Please do not put them in the message.

Server logs of the host that delivers this site may record an IP address and the page requested, as ordinary hosting logs. The cookie choice described on the cookies page is stored in your browser, not on our desk.

Why we use it

We use the inquiry details to answer you and, if you commission work, to carry out the reading, the drawing, and the briefing. The basis is steps taken at your request toward a contract, and then the contract itself. Hosting logs are kept on the basis of a legitimate interest in keeping the site available and understanding a fault. We do not use inquiry emails as a mailing list, and we do not sell personal data.

Retention

Correspondence about an estimate that does not become a commission is kept for twenty-four months and then deleted. Files for a commission that went ahead — the documents you sent, the folio, and the letters about it — are kept for six years, because a later fiscal year often refers back to the earlier book, and then deleted or returned if you ask for the return instead. Hosting logs follow the host’s ordinary short cycle.

Your rights

Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act you may ask for access to the personal data we hold, for a correction, for erasure, for a restriction of use, and you may object to a use based on legitimate interest. Where a copy is being processed by automated means under a contract, you may ask for a portable copy of the data you provided. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee. We may need to keep a record of a paid commission where tax or a legal claim requires it, even after an erasure request for the rest.

To use any of these rights, email hello@thinkanchor.click with enough detail for us to find the file. We answer within thirty days.

International transfers

The studio is in Bangkok and the reading happens there. The site itself may be hosted on servers outside Thailand, so a visit to a page can be processed abroad. The typefaces are requested from Google Fonts; that request can leave Thailand and is covered on the cookies page. We do not move client ordinances to a marketing service or to a list broker. If a future host or a printer outside Thailand must see a file, we will say so in the written note for that commission before the file moves.

Children

The studio’s clients are offices, councils, and adult associations. The site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
