Rates
The fee follows the shape of the book.
A commission is agreed in writing after we have seen the draft, and the deposit is paid by bank transfer. These figures are the band we have actually quoted.

What moves a quote
The number of projects inside the capital appendix moves it more than the number of summary heads. A book that reorganized its plan structure since last year takes longer to match, and the comparison folio rises with that tangle. Thai names with an English gloss take a little longer than a single language. A second briefing, for the executive before the council sits, is added rather than assumed.
Travel inside Bangkok is included in a chamber briefing. A sitting outside the Bangkok metropolitan area is quoted as its own line: the train or the car, a night if the reading is early, and the day itself. We would rather name that line than hide it inside a larger fee.
How payment works
An estimate costs nothing to request. A commission starts when both sides have a written note of the fee, the documents, and the briefing date if there is one, and when the studio has received a deposit, usually two-fifths of the quoted fee, by bank transfer. The remainder is due by bank transfer when the folio or the notes are handed over, and before the briefing day.
